POSITION: MAT LPN Coordinator
SCHEDULE: Day Shift 8 Hours
FACILITY: Shelby County Divisions of Corrections
LOCATION: Memphis, TN
Are you ready to use your nursing skills to support recovery and help patients build healthier futures?
Wexford Health Sources, Inc. has been a leader in correctional healthcare for over 30 years, providing compassionate, evidence-based care to underserved populations. As a MOUD/MAT Nurse, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with opioid use disorders through every stage of treatment and recovery.
Position Summary
As a MOUD/MAT Nurse, you'll provide skilled nursing care and medication-assisted treatment services to patients with opioid use disorders. Working closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team, you will:
  • Administer and monitor MOUD medications, including observed dosing, injections, and oral formulations
  • Assess and monitor patients throughout the induction, stabilization, and maintenance phases of treatment
  • Collaborate with providers, behavioral health staff, pharmacies, and treatment team members to coordinate patient care
  • Respond to sick calls, provide patient education, conduct medication monitoring, and support continuity of care
  • Serve as a patient advocate while promoting a non-judgmental, recovery-focused approach to treatment
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and confidentiality requirements

What You'll Need
