Job Summary
Location: Carrollton, GA (HQ) or Battery office
Applies in-depth knowledge of legal operations, contract administration, records management, matter tracking, and legal technology platforms to support the efficient operation of the Legal Department. Manages complex legal administrative processes, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, and serves as a key resource for legal workflow optimization, compliance monitoring, and system administration. Works independently with minimal guidance and frequently partners with attorneys, compliance teams, business leaders, and external counsel to improve operational effectiveness, data integrity, and service delivery across the legal function.
Key Responsibilities
Administers contract lifecycle management system and workflows, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and consistency across the enterprise.
Manages contract lifecycle management system, and document retention platforms, ensuring data accuracy and governance standards are maintained.
Coordinates contract lifecycle administration, including intake, routing, tracking, execution, storage, reporting, and training activities.
Develops and maintains legal department metrics, dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators to support decision-making and operational transparency.
Leads legal projects and department initiatives from planning through execution, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, tracking milestones and deliverables, managing risks and dependencies, and driving enterprise awareness, adoption, and measurable operational impact.
Analyzes contracting processes and implements improvements that streamline workflows, enhance service delivery, reduce administrative burden, and drive user adoption.
Performs other duties as assigned

5-7 Years Experience

Preferred Education & Experience
Master's Degree or Juris Doctor (not required)
8-11 Years Experience
Field(s) of Expertise: Experience supporting an in-house corporate legal department in a complex, multi-state organization.
