The Director of Physician Enterprise Financial Operations is responsible for achieving financial performance targets, overseeing financial operations and ensuring accuracy in monthly financial reporting. The Director is responsible for day-to-day facilitation of financial matters, responsible for completion of month end close in an accurate and timely fashion and responsible for ensuring Physician Enterprise financial statements are presented completely and accurately.  The role serves to educate and guide decisions made by both operational and financial leadership, to ensure ongoing business and operational health at the Physician Enterprise level.   


KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

 

  1. B.S. Degree in Accounting, Business, Healthcare Administration, or other related field.
  2. Minimum of seven (7) years healthcare financial experience.
  3. Excellent supervisory, communication, and interpersonal skills.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED
