Job description

  • Location: Meeker, CO 81641
  • Position: Clinical Informaticist
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (some weekend availability required)
  • Shift Options: 4x10s or 5x8s
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks with potential for extension
  • Housing: Furnished housing is available (includes WIFI); roommate required, no pets allowed. Rent applies.

Important Note: Candidates must live at least 65 miles away from Meeker, CO to be eligible (no local travelers will be considered).

Great location for nature lovers! Meeker is a scenic and quiet mountain town — perfect if you enjoy hiking, fresh air, and peaceful surroundings outside of work hours.

Position Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

  • Minimum 6+ years of Clinical Informatics experience
  • Hands-on experience with Meditech and Athena systems
  • Strong background in evaluating, implementing, and optimizing clinical systems
  • Ability to collaborate with providers, assess clinical workflows, and support operational efficiency and patient safety initiatives
  • Proven success working in healthcare IT settings focused on improving quality of care through technology
