Position Summary
At The Joint Chiropractic, Finance is a strategic driver of business growth - not just a reporting function. We're looking for an experienced finance leader who can turn complex data into meaningful business insights, influence executive decision-making, and help shape the Company's long-term financial strategy.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Director of Finance will lead financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, executive reporting, and strategic financial modeling. This role partners closely with the Executive Leadership Team to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, and deliver actionable recommendations that improve business performance and create shareholder value.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. They are an exceptional financial storyteller, naturally curious, highly organized, and excited to leverage AI and emerging technologies to modernize finance processes and improve decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the CFO and Executive Leadership Team to drive financial strategy, business planning, and long-term growth.
  • Lead FP&A, including annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, scenario modeling, and financial analysis.
  • Develop executive dashboards, Board presentations, and financial insights that translate data into clear business recommendations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by helping leaders understand financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and make informed business decisions.
  • Build dynamic financial models that evaluate strategic initiatives, investments, and business opportunities.
  • Leverage AI, automation, and analytics to improve reporting, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen financial processes, planning, and organizational performance.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Finance team while fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with deep expertise in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Proven ability to influence executive leaders through data-driven insights and strategic financial guidance.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts into compelling business stories.
  • Experience leveraging AI, automation, or business intelligence tools to improve finance operations.

  • Public company experience preferred.
