Job description

50% - Lead exercise sessions.
25% - Program development.
25% - Manage and analyze sport performance data collected.,Athletic Development at the Well-Fit Center is a youth strength and conditioning program that helps elementary and middle school participants build athletic skills, confidence, and healthy habits in a fun, supportive environment.
As a student coordinator, you will assist with planning and leading exercise sessions focused on proper strength training, speed, agility, and fundamental movement skills. You will assist in managing and facilitating sport performance testing and data analysis. You will help create a welcoming space where kids feel motivated and safe while learning lifelong wellness habits.
We are looking for an energetic, reliable KU student who has:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasm for working with children
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in coaching, fitness, athletics, or youth mentoring is preferred but not required. Passion for youth development and physical activity is essential.
