About The Exercise Coach

A missiondriven, techforward personal training franchise that delivers measurable strength, mobility, and wellness results with two 20minute, coachled sessions per week. Core purpose of the role
Deliver safe, measurable oneonone and smallgroup strength and mobility sessions using TEC methodology and Exerbotics technology; build trusting longterm client relationships; and support studio growth through consultative, outcomefocused sales and excellent service.
What success looks like
Clients improve strength and mobility and remain longterm; tours convert to memberships; studio KPIs (retention, conversion, NPS) meet targets; coaches complete internal certifications and maintain a professional, datadriven studio environment.
Key responsibilities

  • Intake & assessment: run professional consultations, record baseline metrics, set measurable goals.
  • Session delivery: lead safe, effective 20minute strength workouts and coachassisted stretch sessions for individuals and small groups; monitor form and adjust using realtime data.
  • Progress tracking & education: log results, review reports with clients, teach recovery and healthy habits.
  • Client success & retention: follow up, reengage missed sessions, build rapport to increase retention and referrals.
