Shift: Days

Hours:  M/W/F 7AM - 3:30PM; T/Th 9AM - 1PM

Position Summary:
The Clinical Exercise Physiologist prescribes and leads individual exercise programs and progressions, monitors patient's tolerance and adaptation to exercise, and instructs patients during class and individual sessions for Cardiac Rehab. Responsible for preparing and providing patient education (to individuals and groups) on subjects relating to risk factor modification. The roles of the Clinical Exercise Physiologist will consist or, but are not limited to, clinician, teacher, consultant and researcher.

B.S. in Exercise Physiology or related field
Masters degree in Exercise Physiology or related field preferred


Minimum Experience/Skills:
Prior experience in Cardiac Rehabilitation or internship in Cardiac Rehab preferred


Licenses/Certificates/Credentials:
Current BLS required
Current ACLS required
