A titre d'associe principal, vous devrez recruter des professionnels hautement qualifies en finance et comptabilite pour des mandats de projets et des affectations par interim aupres de nos clients. Developper et maintenir des relations de confiance avec des professionnels de haut niveau, evaluer leur expertise et jumeler leurs competences specialisees aux besoins des mandats de nos clients. Assurer la gestion des relations avec les consultants et les clients tout au long du cycle de vie des mandats, en offrant une experience exceptionnelle a toutes les parties prenantes et en contribuant au succes des projets. Developper activement votre reseau et representer Robert Half au sein d'associations professionnelles et lors d'evenements du secteur afin de renforcer notre presence dans la communaute locale de la finance et de la comptabilite, d'attirer les meilleurs talents et d'accroitre notre visibilite sur le marche

Competences linguistiques :

D'excellentes aptitudes de communication, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit, en francais et en anglais sont requises. Ce poste soutient des clients, des candidats et des partenaires d'affaires internes a travers le Canada et necessite des communications regulieres avec des parties prenantes anglophones a l'exterieur du Quebec.

Qualifications

  • Diplome en comptabilite ou en finance de preference.
  • Titre(s) MBA et/ou CPA (un atout important); autres titres professionnels souhaites : CIA, CMA et CISA.
  • Minimum de 5 ans d'experience dans un environnement des Big 4 ou d'expertise comptable/consultation internationale de preference.
  • Excellentes competences en matiere de developpement commercial, de recrutement, de negociation, de communication et de resolution de problemes.
  • Capacite a definir et a discuter des exigences du projet avec des cadres superieurs.
