En tant qu'associe(e) principal(e), vos responsabilites comprendront le developpement et la croissance d'une base de clients et de nouvelles opportunites commerciales, la presentation de nos services par video, telephone et reunions en personne avec les clients nouveaux et existants afin d'accroitre l'utilisation de nos services; recruter, evaluer et placer des professionnels de la finance et de la comptabilite a plein temps aupres de nos clients; offrir un service a la clientele exceptionnel aux clients et aux candidats; fournir une communication coherente et des conseils de carriere aux candidats; participer a des associations professionnelles de l'industrie pour accroitre notre presence au sein de la communaute financiere et comptable locale.

Qualifications

  • Diplome en administration des affaires, idealement en finance ou en comptabilite.
  • Titre(s) CPA et/ou MBA (un atout important).
  • Plus de 2ans d'experience en comptabilite/finance publique/industrielle et/ou de recrutement permanent reussi.
