Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Agent to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to launch their careers in communications and customer engagement. As an Entry Level Communications Agent, you will be the frontline ambassador of our organization, responsible for effectively handling inquiries, providing exceptional service, and facilitating clear communication between our company and its clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming communications including phone calls, emails, and chat messages.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
  • Document interactions and maintain detailed records of client communications.
