  • MS-Office (Word.Excel,PowerPoint,Outlook)
  • Knowledge of Master data management
  • Mapping Tools
  • Market research analysis
  • Should be able to envisage real-time business situations through mental mapping, abstracting the idea inferred from the specifications.
  • Support ticketing queue management
  • Metric tracking and reporting
  • Low-level analysis of data and application issues
  • Communication between developers and business users
  • Strong written communication skills (ability to interpret requests for developers, and explain to business users technical issues

Required Skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Vision & Outlook)
  • Works and be proficient with e-mail systems computer programming systems and languages
  • Successfully completes regulatory and job training requirements.
  • Ability to work with others in a team environment
  • Execute test cases/scripts to ensure delivery of quality software applications
  • Identify defects in software under development and work with development team to verify that defects are eliminated and tests are in place to verify and prevent
  • Prioritize workflow in accordance with departmental goals and initiatives
  • Provide detailed reporting of all test scripts, results, defects, and risks identified during testing of all assigned projects
  • Ability to deliver quality results on time, within scope and under pressure
