**Manufacturing Engineer/Programmer for CNC Mastercam

**Responsibilities:

**• Develop and optimize Mastercam programs for CNC mill and lathe applications

• Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T specifications to support manufacturing processes

• Create and maintain detailed work instructions and shop floor documentation

• Develop manufacturing processes and quality assurance plans for production programs

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conforming products

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization and tooling enhancements

• Support production troubleshooting and collaborate with machinists to improve manufacturability

• Participate in new product introduction, advanced quality planning, and quoting activities

• Work with CNC controls including Fanuc, Heidenhain, and Fagor systems

• Support quality management system requirements and ensure compliance with established standards

• Monitor quality, schedule, and cost performance metrics to support operational objectives

• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including operations, quality, and leadership

• Utilize Microsoft Office and related systems to support engineering activities

**Required Experience:

**• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent technical experience

• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering and Mastercam programming experience

• Experience working within an accredited manufacturing environment

• Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and CNC programming

• Ability to interpret GD&T and engineering drawings

• Experience with quality systems and corrective action processes

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
