Pay Range: $25-$30/hour (Depending on Experience)

We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join our team. This role is hands-on, requiring someone who can take a blueprint and turn it into a high-quality, precise finished part. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for writing and optimizing CNC programs, setting up jobs, and supporting production to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using G-code and Mastercam software.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T to translate designs into machining instructions.
  • Select tooling, cutting speeds, and feeds to ensure efficient machining and high-quality output.
  • Perform test runs, adjust offsets, and troubleshoot programs or machining issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and production staff to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of programs, revisions, and setups.
  • Uphold safety practices and contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

Qualifications
