Job description

Job Title: Senior CNC Programmer
Location: Stratoflex Products Division Fort Worth, Texas Site
Duration: 2–4-month contract assignment
1st shift - 7am - 3:30pm
Pay Rate: $52 - $65/hour • We are looking for a candidate with extensive expertise programming multi-axis mills, lathes with live tooling, and mill-turn machines. The candidate would need to be able to provide first parts and creating program-ready CAM files from customer models and prints.
• Experienced programming and machining a wide range of materials, including the following : heat-treated alloys, stainless steel, Inconel, Hastelloy, aluminum, and beryllium copper. Skilled in holding extremely tight tolerances, down to ±.0001”.
The candidate must have CAM Software experience including the following : Esprit, MasterCAM, HyperMill, Fusion360, CATIA V5/V6, and SolidWorks.
• Brands: Okuma, DMG Mori Seiki, Haas, Hitachi, and Doosan
• Controller: – Okuma, Fanuc, Haas, and Mazatrol controllers He/she would need to be able to work collaboratively with engineers, operators, and supervisors to optimize programs and support efficient production processes. The candidate would need proven expertise in aerospace industry.
