Job description

Facilitates daily Agile execution for BMx product teams and ensures sprint activities remain aligned to validated team capacity, operational sustainment priorities, modernization sequencing, and release governance requirements. The Scrum Master supports sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily Scrum execution, dependency coordination, operational blocker removal, and ART synchronization activities.

The Scrum Master continuously monitors sprint predictability, workload balance, emergent operational deficiencies, Help Desk escalation impacts, dependency trends, and sustainment pressures to prevent overcommitment and release instability. This role works closely with Product Owners, Functional SMEs, DevSecOps engineers, and the RTE to dynamically rebalance sprint execution when CAT I deficiencies, cybersecurity remediation events, migration sequencing changes, or operational support requirements emerge.
