Position Description:
Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for enterprise technology initiatives within a banking environment. This role will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate cross-functional teams, remove delivery impediments, manage sprint execution, and support the successful delivery of regulatory reporting and data-focused initiatives while promoting Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:

  • 8+ years of Scrum Master or Agile delivery experience
  • 5+ years of banking industry experience
  • 5+ years supporting data-focused initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, or Rally
  • Strong sprint planning, backlog management, and dependency management experience
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor''s degree required
Preferred:
  • Experience supporting regulatory reporting, finance, risk, or compliance initiatives
  • Knowledge of banking regulatory reporting (FR Y-9C, Call Reports, CCAR, CECL, Basel, etc.)
  • Experience with large-scale banking transformation or conversion programs
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent)
