Job description

Job Summary:
Cymertek Corporation is a trusted federal contractor offering consulting services in information technology and cybersecurity. We are seeking a motivated Scrum Master / Systems Engineer to lead agile processes, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and contribute to the design and development of efficient system solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate daily stand-ups and Scrum ceremonies
• Ensure the team adheres to agile principles and processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements
• Develop and implement system solutions
• Identify and remove project impediments
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
Qualifications:
Required:
• TS/SCI Full Poly (Please note this position requires full U.S. Citizenship)
• Bachelor's Degree
• Proficiency in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Experience with systems analysis and design
• Ability to create and manage project documentation
• Familiarity with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred:
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Familiarity with systems integration processes
• Understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies
