Project Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Delivery team. In this role, you will facilitate agile processes and ensure effective collaboration across teams to drive project success. Your expertise in Agile Methodologies will be key in delivering high-quality results within a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to ensure team alignment.
  • Act as a servant leader and coach to guide teams in Agile practices.
  • Identify and address obstacles that hinder team progress, ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication of project goals and timelines.
  • Track key performance metrics to measure sprint success and promote continuous improvement.
  • Ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to project scope and timelines.
  • Champion Agile best practices across the team and organization.


Required Skills and Experience:
Mandatory:

  • Proficiency in Agile Methodologies
  • 5 - 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role

Preferred:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
