Job description

Company: Cornwell Plumbing

Location: Indiana

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (Flexible hours, typically 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM)

Perks: Consistent hours, company uniforms provided, and a clear path into Plumbing or Office Operations!

Ready to join a team that actually puts you first?

At Cornwell Plumbing, we are growing fast, doing top-tier work, and building a reputation we are proud of. But we know we can't do it without a rock-solid foundation. That's why we don't just look for employees, we invest in team members.

Our leadership team is ultra-supportive, quality-driven, and obsessed with helping our people succeed. If you are looking for a dead-end job, keep scrolling. If you want a role where your hard work is noticed, your schedule is consistent, and your career path is clear, you're in the right place.

What You'll Be Doing (No Two Days Are the Same!)

As our Warehouse Support Specialist, you are the heartbeat of our daily operations. You'll have the autonomy to own your space and keep the engine running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Owning the Warehouse: Keeping our space clean, organized, safe, and looking sharp.
  • Fleet Support: Conducting quick, checklist-based inspections on company vehicles to keep our field crews safe.
  • Inventory Master: Running point on our inventory processes, combining routine truck cycle counts with our annual inventory checks.
  • Field Support: Hopping in a company vehicle for occasional deliveries to active job sites.
Are You the Perfect Fit?

We have a rigorous selection process because we protect our team culture fiercely. You'll crush this role if you:

  • Have a "Stay Busy" Attitude: You don't need someone looking over your shoulder to see what needs to be done next. You see a need, and you smash it.
  • Are Moderately Physical: You enjoy being on your feet, moving around, and doing real work (must be comfortable lifting and moving inventory).
  • Have a Winning Personality: You're positive, great with people, and love contributing to a killer team environment.
  • Have a Clean Driving Record: You must have a valid driver's license and be fully insurable to drive company vehicles.
  • Possess a Strong Work Ethic: You take pride in doing the job right the first time.
Why You'll Love Working With Us
  • Team-First Culture: Management that actually listens, supports you, and celebrates your wins.
  • No More Guesswork: Consistent Monday-Friday hours with weekends off to enjoy your life.
  • Look the Part: Clean, professional company uniforms provided.
  • Real Growth: This isn't just warehouse work. We use this role as a launching pad into the high-paying plumbing trade or company office operations.
Ready to Win with Cornwell Plumbing?

Apply today with your resume and a quick note about why you're the go-to person we're looking for. Let's build something great together!
