About the Role

We're hiring a Lead Plumber – Residential Service Leader to serve as both a top-performing technician and a mentor to our team.

This is a hands-on leadership role, where you will:

  • Run residential service calls
  • Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues
  • Mentor and train other plumbers
  • Help lead weekly team trainings
  • Set the standard for quality and professionalism

Compensation & Benefits

  • 5+ years of residential plumbing experience

  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Experience with:
    • Drain systems
    • Water heater installation
    • Drain machines
    • PEX, copper, and PVC
