• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' history of substance use, mental health diagnoses, and individual needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address both addiction and any co-occurring mental health disorders.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methods, employing interventions appropriate for varying levels of care.
• Provide continuous support and education to clients and their families, fostering their involvement in the recovery process and promoting a supportive home environment.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care throughout the treatment process.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Actively engage in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge in addiction counseling and therapeutic modalities.

You will primarily serve adults experiencing substance use disorders, many of whom may also face underlying mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, or trauma. Our clients are diverse, and your role will require a culturally sensitive approach to therapy, allowing you to adapt your methods to suit individual backgrounds and personal histories. Your work will significantly contribute to improving their quality of life and increasing their chances of successful recovery.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in the field of mental health with specific knowledge around addiction treatment practices.
• Exceptional therapeutic skills with an ability to motivate and engage clients effectively.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to foster relationships with clients and other team members.

• Training or experience in evidence-based practices for substance abuse treatment and co-occurring disorders.
• Experience in group facilitation and the development of educational materials for families and clients regarding addiction recovery.
• Prior work in outpatient settings or community-based organizations is highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000 to support your transition into our organization.
