This remote position offers a flexible work schedule, which may include evenings and weekends to accommodate the diverse needs of our clients. • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' history of substance abuse and underlying mental health issues.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to address both addiction and the psychological factors influencing the client's recovery.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and addiction specialists, to provide holistic care.
• Educate clients and their families about the recovery process and develop strategies for successful involvement in treatment.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with relevant health care regulations and organizational protocols.

You will work with a diverse population of clients experiencing substance use disorders, often accompanied by anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Your role will not only involve individual therapy focused on addiction recovery but also group sessions designed to foster community support and shared healing experiences. You will play a vital role in helping clients understand their triggers, develop coping mechanisms, and cultivate positive relationships.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is necessary.
• Specialized training in addiction counseling or dual diagnosis treatment is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices for both substance abuse issues and co-occurring disorders is a must.
• Exemplary counseling skills with a strong capacity to motivate and inspire clients toward positive change.

• Previous experience working in a substance abuse treatment center or similar environment is desirable.
