Opportunity at a Glance
The Campus Support Coordinator serves as a pivotal partner to campus leadership, ensuring operational effectiveness, strategic alignment, and the seamless execution of administrative functions. This role supports campus leadership through exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth campus operations, including managing correspondence, official documents, and confidential records.
  • Design, implement, and refine administrative processes to improve workflow efficiency and alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
  • Develop, compile, and analyze operational and statistical reports to support leadership decision-making.
  • Coordinate complex scheduling, meetings, and events aligned with strategic goals.
  • Partner with leadership to support strategic initiatives, departmental projects, and enterprise priorities.
  • Oversee coordination with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure operational continuity.
  • Responsible for contracting Visiting Faculty.
  • Serves as the Campus Incident Commander.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Required
  • 3+ years of customer service, operations support, or related experience Required
  • Ability to work a variety of office hours including evenings and weekends
  • High level of interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as function as part of a team
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • PC skills in Microsoft Office, internet applications, and database Experience with Student Information Systems a plus
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $17.15 and $28.18. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
