Responsibilities
  • Take the lead in shaping marketing strategy and commercial impact as Marketing Director.

  • Work in close partnership with Commercial, Technical, R&D, Operations, and Finance.
  • Build and lead a high‑performing, integrated marketing organization across functional areas.
  • Establish performance routines to track results, manage risks, and adjust priorities.
  • Turn business needs and market opportunities into prioritized portfolio choices, quantified growth plans, and compelling value propositions.
  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market execution across positioning, messaging, launches, and campaigns.
  • Drive value-based selling, CRM discipline, and pipeline management to improve conversion and forecasting.
  • Lead regulatory strategy and compliance across claims, labeling, authorizations, and marketing materials.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including 5+ years at Director level or equivalent.
  • Experience in animal nutrition, agribusiness, or B2B specialty manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong strategic marketing expertise, including market segmentation, positioning, value proposition development, portfolio management, innovation, and go-to-market execution.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting, ROI, and value-based pricing.
  • Experience leading multi-functional teams across marketing, communications, regulatory, pricing, and commercial excellence in a matrix and/or transformation environment.
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bring clarity to complex and ambiguous situations.
  • Willingness to travel within North America (25–35%) for customer visits and industry events.
