• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine individual client needs and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at achieving therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities to address diverse mental health challenges.
• Actively collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate integrated care and ensure comprehensive treatment approaches.
• Utilize crisis management techniques and provide referrals for psychiatric evaluation or additional resources when indicated, contributing to a seamless continuum of care.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Educate clients and their families on effective coping strategies, available resources, and the therapeutic process, empowering them to take active roles in their mental health journeys.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in the field.

As an LMFT with Healious Psychiatry, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals and families from various cultural backgrounds and with a wide range of presenting concerns. Your expertise will help facilitate healing in those dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other psychological conditions. Your role is crucial in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their challenges and work towards meaningful solutions.

• Valid LMFT license in the state of Missouri.
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health or psychiatric environment, showcasing a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Proven experience in working with diverse client populations, demonstrating cultural competence and empathy.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• A collaborative mindset, capable of effectively engaging with a multidisciplinary team while prioritizing patient care.
• Familiarity with mental health regulations and the ethical considerations inherent in therapy.

• Experience in telehealth services, including remote assessments and therapy sessions, preferably using digital platforms.
• Background in handling specific mental health challenges such as childhood disorders, couples therapy, or trauma-informed care.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, or EFT.
