School Psychologist Opportunities | Spokane, WA | Local & Travel Pay Available

Now hiring School Psychologists for a 36-week school assignment in Spokane, Washington starting September 14, 2026! Join a supportive educational team and make a meaningful impact by providing assessments, evaluations, IEP support, behavioral interventions, and mental health services to students.

?? Pay Rates:
• Local: $60.00/hour
• Travel: $2,834/week package

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct student assessments and psychological evaluations
  • Participate in IEP, eligibility, and multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Provide academic, behavioral, and social-emotional recommendations
  • Support behavior intervention plans and crisis response
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with special education regulations
Minimum Requirements:
  • Current Washington State licensure/certification as required
  • Experience with pediatric and adolescent populations preferred
  • Master's Degree in Psychology preferred
  • Ability to comply with all professional standards and state requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

The School Psychologist works to support students through a variety of mental health and developmental issues and aids in qualifying students for additional support services.  The School Psychologist is responsible for providing on-site psychological services to students under the jurisdiction of the state and district. 

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Must maintain current State licensures and/or certifications in state of assignment 
  • Experience in pediatric and adolescent population is preferred 
  • Master’s degree in psychology preferred 
  • Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice 
  • Current CPR if applicable 
  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
  • Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
