Building Block Resolutions is seeking a passionate Program Manager with hands-on ABA experience who is ready to grow into a clinical leadership role.
This position is ideal for candidates who have worked as an RBT or Behavior Therapist, hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, and are actively pursuing their BCBA or BCaBA certification.
What You'll Do
  • Oversee assigned ABA programs and maintain clinical quality
  • Mentor and support Behavior Technicians/RBTs
  • Assist with case reviews and behavior intervention implementation
  • Review clinical documentation for compliance
  • Collaborate with families and clinical leadership
  • Support staff training and development

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
  • Current or previous RBT/Behavior Therapist experience
  • Minimum 2 years of ABA experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Child Development, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field
  • Actively pursuing BCBA or BCaBA certification in a relevant field
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred:
