Job description

Job Title: Scrum Master (Healthcare / Provider Management & Provider Enrolment)
Duration: Long-term
Location: Dallas, TX
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective meetings.
  • Partner with Product Owners to define and prioritize backlogs related to Provider Enrolment and Provider Data Management.
  • Collaborate with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of healthcare provider solutions.
  • Identify and remove impediments that block team progress, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
  • Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, promoting self-organization and continuous improvement.
  • Track sprint metrics (velocity, burn-down charts) and communicate progress to leadership.
  • Ensure solutions meet healthcare compliance and data privacy standards (HIPAA, PHI handling).
  • Facilitate cross-team coordination where Provider Enrolment interacts with other domains such as Network Management and Claims.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • 10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5+ years as a Scrum Master leading Agile teams.
  • Strong domain expertise in healthcare - specifically in Provider Management and Provider Enrolment (e.g., onboarding, credentialing, demographic updates).
  • Expereince in handling Onshore & Offshore Co-ordination
  • Proven experience in managing Agile projects that involve data integration between multiple healthcare systems.
  • Experience working with Agile tools such as JIRA & Confluence
  • Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with distributed, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Familiarity with Provider Network Management, Credentialing, and Healthcare Data Exchange standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7).
  • Experience with scaling Agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS.
  • Understanding of healthcare payer/provider ecosystems and regulatory compliance frameworks.
