Job Specifics:
FTE Status: Full-Time 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
Work Schedule: Days. Monday - Friday. No weekends or holidays

As a Scrum Master, you'll be the catalyst for success, empowering teams to:
  • Embrace agile methodologies: Foster a culture of continuous improvement using both Scrum and Kanban practices.
  • Break down complex projects: Facilitate clear planning, efficient execution, and transparent delivery of key initiatives.
  • Collaborate effectively: Coach and guide teams to work cohesively, fostering open communication and shared ownership.
  • Deliver exceptional value: Remove roadblocks, celebrate wins, and ensure continuous learning and growth within the team.
  • Become agile champions: Promote agile principles and practices across the organization, influencing cultural change for the better.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve up new, IT focused Agile solution teams using advanced concepts and tools.
  • Perform the role of Scrum Master as defined in the 2020 Scrum GuideTM.
  • Collaborate with Agile coaches and other Scrum Masters to grow within the role.
  • Contribute to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization.
  • Participate in and contribute to the Scrum Master Community of Practice.
  • Establish and communicate team-level metrics.
  • Support operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
  • Adheres to regular and predictable attendance.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Certifications: Professional Scrum Master I (PSM-I) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • Experience: At least 1 year of Agile development experience with at least 6 months in a formal Scrum Master role
  • Experience working in an Agile work management tool such as Azure DevOps Boards (preferred), Jira, or Rally
  • Experience designing and leading trainings and workshops
  • Exceptional facilitation skills: Master the art of guiding productive discussions, resolving conflicts, and fostering team dynamics.
  • Agile mindset: Embrace transparency, continuous improvement, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Remote Eligible Position: Will consider remote options for those who reside in WI or MI only.
  • Note we have varying levels of Scrum Masters and could potentially higher at a more senior level given candidate experience
