The Master Data Analyst is a valued team member who contributes to the day-to-day operations of the Wonderful Enterprise master data management team.  This role will work under the supervision of the Master Data Manager and alongside a group of Master Data Analysts dedicated to the creation and maintenance of master data objects across The Wonderful Company businesses while strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and enforcing data quality.

Job Description
  • Validate and execute master data creation and update requests within Finance, Customer, Pricing, Item, and/or Supplier records across multiple Business Units
  • Lead master data related initiatives, including adjustments to existing processes, as needed
  • Analyze, monitor, and answer business inquiries regarding master data, determining and acting upon needed efforts to achieve resolution
  • Collaborate with the Data Governance team and business data champions in data standardization efforts
  • Create and maintain documentation of Master Data processes for all systems including regular SOP development
  • Build and sustain strong working relationships with internal customers
  • Report on monthly key metrics, ensuring department service level agreements are met
  • Creation of ad-hoc data reports for business users
  • Prioritize and manage tasks daily basis
  • Analyze and apply appropriate data review processes to audit and cleanse master data to defined data standards

  • Previous experience working with master data within an ERP system
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Can work with a sense of urgency
  • Strong critical thinking ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize work to meet pressing business needs
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing work environment
  • Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset

Pay Range: $38.46 - $43.27 an hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
