Job Title : Senior Symphony GOLD Supply Chain Consultant
Location : Nashville, Tennessee - Onsite 100%

Master Data Management (MDM)
EIS : EMS - Supply Chain Management
Role Description:
§ Lead the implementation and support of Symphony GOLD Supply Chain solutions
§ Design and manage integrations across enterprise platforms such as ERP, WMS, OMS, and planning tools (e.g., Relex Solutions)
§ Support and integrate with key platforms such as Master Data Management (MDM) systems covering items, locations, vendors, and hierarchies
§ Enable and support analytics and reporting (financial, operational, and performance metrics)
Essential Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Symphony GOLD Supply Chain systems implementation and support engagements.
§ In-depth understanding of retail merchandising and supply chain processes, including:
o Order management, replenishment, and allocation
o Pricing and promotion management
o Inventory lifecycle and forecasting
§ Experience with Relex Solutions, MDM platforms, and vendor collaboration tools
§ Expertise in system integration (APIs, middleware, batch/event-based processing)
§ Experience in any of the programming languages and SQL will be an added advantage.
§ Strong knowledge of data models, master data and retail hierarchies
§ Proven experience in large-scale retail or supply chain transformation programs
§ Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data architectures
§ Exposure to analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)
