Location : Morrisville, NC 27560  (5 days working)

Must have salesforce , snowflake, and healthcare exp

Role Summary:

The Data Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into data requirements and ensuring successful delivery of analytics solutions on the new data platform. This role is critical to driving clarity, alignment, and value from data initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data and reporting solutions.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and data sources.

· Translate business needs into functional specifications for Snowflake, DBT, Power BI, and SQL Server implementations.

· Support data modeling and validation efforts with engineering and BI teams.

· Conduct gap analysis and propose data-driven solutions to business problems.

· Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews.

· Create user stories and acceptance criteria for data-related features.

· Assist in UAT and ensure solutions meet business expectations.

Required Skills & Experience:

· 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in data or analytics projects.

· Experience in Pharmaceutical / Healthcare domain is preferred

· Strong understanding of data platforms and tools: Snowflake, Power BI, DBT, SQL Server.

· Experience working in Agile Scrum teams and using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

· Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Ability to write clear and concise documentation, user stories, and process flows.

· Familiarity with data governance, quality, and compliance
