Senior Scrum Master - DevOps & Quality Assurance
About the Role: Facilitate Agile/Scrum processes for the data parsing team, removing impediments and enforcing Scrum principles so the team can deliver robust, scalable parsing tooling for ingest into customer systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily/weekly scrums (15-30 min stand-ups), retrospectives, and backlog grooming using tools like Jira.
  • Track metrics (velocity, open/closed tickets) and remove impediments; coach the team on Agile best practices.
  • Produce the Weekly Scrum Master Report and Quarterly SM Progress Reports for executive and technical stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the SME and Product Owner on task assignment and prioritization.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in software/R&D environments; Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required.
  • Strong facilitation, metrics tracking, and stakeholder-communication skills.
  • Self-driven; able to mentor and convey information across teams.
  • Maintain required clearance
