Position Summary:
Seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master Consultant to support the Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) and lead multiple Agile teams delivering complex IT and business initiatives. The ideal candidate is a servant-leader skilled in Agile coaching, facilitation, and data-driven delivery using AI-enhanced tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach multiple Scrum teams across enterprise projects.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive Agile best practices.
  • Partner with Product Owners on backlog management and prioritization.
  • Identify and resolve impediments; escalate risks as needed.
  • Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity.
  • Use Jira Align for strategy-to-execution alignment and metrics.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Jira Automation, Copilot, Rovo) for reporting, insights, and productivity.
  • Mentor junior Scrum Masters and contribute to Agile Communities of Practice.
