Position Summary:

2nd Swing is looking for a Part-Timeย Master Fitter to join our expert online team. We are looking for a highly-skilled professional who strives to give every golfer a great experience. We encourage our team to have fun, work hard, and to maintain professionalism and enthusiasm throughout the workday. This is an in-office position.ย ย 

The Fitting & Support team works hard to offer excellent customer service to all 2nd Swing golfers and plays a very important role in helping to achieve our mission of Best-in-Class Service. Online Fitting Associates play an integral role at 2nd Swing because of their ability to positively impact a very large number of golfers and their experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a very good understanding and passion for the game of golf, call center experience and be successful in creating customer relationships. A positive attitude, high energy and dedication to professionalism are traits that we look for in potential candidates.ย  We are looking for individuals who are willing and able to handle multiple tasks, possess communication skills, and the desire to learn.ย ย 

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a high-level, fitting experience to golfers via phone, email, video call.

  • Provide expert recommendations on clubs, shafts, and equipment based on player needs and performance goals

  • Guide customers through product selection, upgrades, and trade-in opportunities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships that drive repeat business and brand loyalty

  • Manage a high-volume queue while maintaining quality, accuracy, and responsiveness

  • Resolve equipment, order, and warranty inquiries in partnership with internal teams and manufacturers

  • Own customer interactions from initial consultation through post-purchase support

  • Educate customers on products, promotions, and fitting benefits

  • Maintain accurate customer records and system updates related to fittings and orders

  • Stay current on product knowledge, equipment trends, and fitting best practices

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years golf club fitting experience.
    • 1,000+ fittings
    • PGA experience preferred, not required.ย 
    • Advance knowledge of the game of golf and golf equipment.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to work 20-28 hours per week, including weekendsย 
    • Prolonged periods of sitting, standing and bending

    Compensation:

    • $25 - $35 per hour, based on previous experience.
