ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
SERVICES:
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect by using diplomacy and tact; ensure that customers are greeted and acknowledged; offer customers assistance as needed or requested.
  • Aide customers by ascertaining their needs and directing them to the golf services area that most effectively meets their needs.
  • Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to pass on to our customers by learning about new technologies, products and services.
  • Support store services sales by performing athlete club fittings and repairs.
  • Is a certified club fitter that provides excellent direct and indirect customer service to align with company programs.
  • Make equipment recommendations tailored to the customer.

OPERATIONS:
  • Assist in achieving the store shrinkage goal by ensuring that all merchandise used for display is properly handled and accounted for at all times.
  • Assist with checking merchandise, service, and repair equipment, amongst other materials arriving to the store in a timely fashion, confirming quantities, condition, etc.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all Company information.
  • Maintain and participates in all recovery and cleanliness standards.
  • Create an inclusive in store environment where everyone (teammates and customers) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.
  • Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned ed by management.
