Job description

Position: Master Club Fitter
Department: True Spec Golf
Reports to: SVP of Sales
Employment Status: Full-Time, Exempt
Office Location: Dallas, Texas
Job Summary:
We are looking for a positive, motivated, knowledgeable and outgoing studio club fitter to conduct golf club fittings at the Dallas studio location. Applicant must have at least 2+ years of brand agnostic fitting experience.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Charge for club fittings and golf equipment sales.
  • Provide necessary follow-up fitting support to customers in a timely manner.
  • Help with set-up and break-down of club fitting areas.
  • Keep club demo matrix clean in good working order and stocked with current product offerings.
  • Keep all club fitting equipment and tools clean and in good working order.
  • Keep studio clean and presentable at all times.
  • Provide timely and accurate daily reporting of sales.
  • Handle communication with PGA Golf Professionals and facility staff in a professional manner.

Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively via email and phone.
  • Golf experience and golf product knowledge is required.
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
