A Mason Helper assists masons by preparing materials, mixing mortar, and transporting bricks or stones to the work area. They also help with setting up scaffolding, cleaning work sites, and ensuring tools are properly maintained. Throughout the day, Mason Helpers collaborate closely with masons and other construction workers, making teamwork and clear communication essential. The role often involves physical labor and requires attention to safety protocols.
