About the Role:

Responsibilities:
  • Construct, repair, and maintain brick structures, including walls, foundations.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations.
  • Mix mortar and other materials to ensure optimal adhesion and durability.
  • Utilize various tools and equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to best practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure all work meets company and industry standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized worksite to promote safety and efficiency.
  • · Mix cement and mortar.  
    · Lay Foundations.
    · Texture and polish bricks and blocks.
    · Install dressed brick and blocks.  
    · Restore damaged bricks and blocks.  
    · Assist in building layout.  
    · Use hand tools and power tools to perform basic construction tasks.  
    · Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.  
    · Train apprentices in masonry skills.  
    · Must have own transportation.
