Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments to inform treatment planning and therapeutic interventions.
  • Deliver a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to meet individual client needs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to develop integrated care strategies for clients.
  • Maintain diligent clinical documentation to ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems effectively.
  • Stay current with the latest research and advancements in mental health, attending workshops and professional development sessions to continuously enhance your practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base encompasses individuals, couples, families, and groups from various backgrounds, including those dealing with trauma, substance abuse issues, and other mental health challenges. Counselors will have the opportunity to work with clients to devise treatment plans that respect their unique circumstances, helping them achieve their emotional well-being and personal growth.

Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience providing counseling services in a clinical or outpatient setting.
  • Strong foundation in ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing counseling practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an aptitude for building strong therapeutic relationships with a diverse clientele.
  • Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) software.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization or experience in areas such as trauma therapy, family therapy, couples counseling, or substance abuse treatment is greatly advantageous.
