  • Maintain accurate and current clinical documentation and case notes while ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.
  • Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings with psychiatrists, social workers, and other counselors to share insights and enhance holistic client care.
  • Stay abreast of the latest research and techniques in mental health by attending workshops and engaging in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Our counseling services cater to a diverse range of clients, including those facing challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. You will have the unique opportunity to work with various demographic groups, tailoring therapeutic approaches to address the specific needs and cultural backgrounds of clients. Your expertise will empower clients to build coping strategies, enhance their emotional resilience, and achieve their personal therapy goals.

Qualifications

  • Must hold an active, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
  • At least two years of experience providing counseling services in a clinical environment, demonstrating a sound understanding of therapeutic practices.
  • Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal standards related to counseling practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to forge strong therapeutic relationships with clients from all walks of life.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in areas such as trauma, couples therapy, or family therapy is highly desirable.
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a clinical setting enhances your ability to integrate client care.
  • Proficiency in using EMR systems and relevant software for documentation and client management is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with caseload and experience.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans to support your well-being.
