Position Summary:
MarshBerry is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator for our Beachwood, OH office. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal, support role on the Experience & Engagement team. As MarshBerry continues to grow, the ability to maintain our digital properties, support lead generation efforts and report on our initiatives will become increasingly important. While this person reports to the VP, Digital Marketing they will support our Campaign Managers and work closely with the brand team on social media strategy and execution.
This is a hybrid position based out of our Woodmere, OH HQ. The individual will work onsite Monday through Thursday with the option to work remotely on Friday's.
This individual will be reporting into MarshBerry Senior VP of Digital Marketing.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide support in the planning, organizing and execution of programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities.
  • Assist the Experience & Engagement team in executing digital marketing, social media, and demand gen strategies; including, but not limited to, email marketing campaigns, copywriting, digital ad placement, keyword research and SEO and inbound marketing tactics.
  • Assist in developing social media content and report out for the company's Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter accounts.
  • Provide data and insights on digital initiatives and campaigns on specific lines of business and assist in the creation of dashboard reports to senior leadership and sales.
  • Assist with global social media marketing to build thought leadership, drive engagement, and increase follower base.
  • Manage, audit and update website content based on the communications calendar or as requested by E&E team members.
  • Help to build out content and pages for MarshBerry.com and other MarshBerry websites as needed.
  • Keep specific sections of the website current as directed.
  • Additional duties include tracking campaign progress, developing various digital marketing materials, updating online assets, streamlining digital marketing production, and handling general digital marketing activities and requests.
  • Cultivates and maintains effective relationships with potential internal/external clients, partners and stakeholders that can directly or indirectly lead to revenue generation for all MarshBerry services.
  • Special projects and other tasks as assigned.

Selection Criteria
Education & Experience:
  • Years of Experience: 1-2 years of experience working in communications, marketing, or digital marketing
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field or a combination of education and work experience

  • Excellent project management skills; you know how to take a list of ideas and turn it into an actionable plan, and you are comfortable coordinating across team members
  • Excellent verbal communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
