Overview
Parrot Key Hotel & Villas is looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Director of Rooms to join our leadership team. Nestled along the waterfront in beautiful Key West, our resort is known for creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional service, teamwork, and attention to detail. In this role, you will help lead the daily operations of the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services teams, ensuring every guest receives the outstanding hospitality our resort is known for. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys developing teams, improving operations, and creating an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications
  • Previous leadership experience in hotel Rooms Division operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest service standards, and property management systems.
  • Proven leadership, coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to operational excellence and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
