Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional well-being.
• Formulate and implement tailored treatment plans through a detailed understanding of each client's unique needs and assessment results.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, offering support for various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Lead couples therapy sessions designed to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and reinforce bonds between partners.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches accordingly, ensuring adaptive care.
• Maintain meticulous records, including intake forms, treatment plans, progress notes, and case histories while adhering to ethical documentation standards.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide integrated care that encompasses emotional, psychological, and social factors affecting clients.
• Engage effectively with clients, families, and relevant stakeholders to promote coordinated and comprehensive therapy experiences.
• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute psychological distress, ensuring their safety and stabilization.
• Stay abreast of the latest research developments and therapeutic techniques in the field of marriage and family therapy, incorporating new insights into practice.
• Continue professional development through workshops, training programs, and self-study to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits
