Missions

MISSIONS ET RESPONSABILITES

  • Business Partnering OBU GSH (role central)
  • Interlocuteur financier direct des OBU Leaders de GSH (~ 450-500 collaborateurs couvrant les activites Consulting, Digital & Tech, Expleo Academy, Project Delivery Mgt (PMS), Sustainability & Environment, Supply Chain & Logistics (VCM)). Le CDG porte une posture proactive :

    • Closing mensuel des OOEX (Cost Base & Recoveries): analyse des ecarts, bridges vs. Budget / Rolling Forecast
    • Construction du Rolling Forecast avec les operationnels (FTE Delivery par MBU, OOEX, P&L)
    • Alerte en cas de derive, proposition d'actions correctives, accompagnement des decisions
    • Production et diffusion des tableaux de bord mensuels, suivi des KPIs et du %IR (incl. nominatif)
    • Realisation d'analyses ad hoc.
  • Taches Transverses France
    • Pilotage des ressources France (Timesheets, APLD, FTE Own), FTE BSC et FTE SUBCO
    • Responsable du cycle mensuel de suivi des temps sur le perimetre France :
    • Pilotage de la saisie des timesheets (TS) avec un focus sur l'APLD : relances, controles de coherence, syntheses et reporting aux operationnels
    • Diffusion aux Operationnels des FTE Own, jours travailles, absences par nature et %IR au niveau individuel (apres la preparation des fichiers  Light ).
    • Coordination de la collecte et de la consolidation des donnees de ressources Bestshore (BSC) et sous-traitance externe (SUBCO), en interface avec les CDG locaux :
    • FTE BSC : consolidation des heures en provenance de Roumanie, Inde, Iberia/Portugal, Maroc, Egypte et autres filiales par projet, OBU, IBU/MBU puis calcul du nombre de FTE. Preparation de l'injection des donnees dans l'outil de consolidation du Groupe (HFM)
    • FTE SUBCO : collecte des couts par projet, interface avec les CDG IBUs et diffusion par projet, OBU, IBU/MBU. Consolidation du nombre de FTE et preparation de l'injection des donnees dans l'outil de consolidation du Groupe (HFM)
  • Rolling Forecast FTE & Monitoring
    • Production et tenue du fichier Monitoring synthetique : Headcounts France, FTE Own, FTE BSC, FTE SUBCO, %IR et heures FR, bridges et graphiques
    • Mise a jour mensuelle du Rolling Forecast FTE Own par OBU/MBU sur l'ensemble des OBU France, integration des inputs FTE BSC & FTE SUBCO
    • Diffusion aux CDG Controlling FR, CDG IBUs et OBU Leaders
    Qualifications

    PROFIL RECHERCHE

    Formation & Experience

    • Bac+5 en Finance, Controle de Gestion ou Ecole de Commerce
    • 3 a 5 ans en controle de gestion operationnel, idealement en environnement multi-entites / multi-pays
    • Experience en societe de services (ESN, ingenierie, conseil) fortement appreciee

    Competences techniques

    • Excel avance (TcD, PowerQuery, PowerPivot, PowerBI, formules complexes) - indispensable
    • Connaissance des processus de closing mensuel et de consolidation (Unit4 est un plus)
    • Comprehension des mecaniques FTE, taux d'intercontrat, valorisation des ressources

    Qualites personnelles

    • Sens du business partnering : capacite d'alerte et d'ecoute, force de proposition, posture de conseil
    • Rigueur et fiabilite dans la production de donnees sous contrainte de delais
    • Aptitude a la coordination multi-sites et multiculturelle
    • Autonomie face a un volume important de livrables recurrents
