Description:
  • Perform reservation duties and assist passengers with flight changes, seat upgrades and confirmation.
  • Assist and check in embarking passengers by performing all related duties.
  • Attend to gate and perform all related duties including but not limited to the operation of the loading bridges.
  • Provide information to passengers in a manner directed by the client and/or the company.
  • Maintains excellent labor relations by being professional and courteous to all by always treating individuals with respect, by making sure passengers issues are addressed immediately.
  • Perform cash and ticketing duties in the manner prescribed by the airline and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist passengers with mishandled baggage procedures and initial tracing entries.
  • Perform reservation duties in the manner prescribed by the airline.
