For over 100 years Samsonite has continued to leverage its craftsmanship and heritage as an innovator, to create unique solutions for the sophisticated traveler. By identifying trends and interpreting travelers' needs, Samsonite continues to infuse innovation and new ideas into travel, re-igniting the sophistication and experience of the past. The Senior Manager of Brand-Led Marketplaces will lead the development and execution of the marketplace strategy, with a primary focus on TikTok Shop and emerging marketplace platforms. This role will operate these channels as standalone businesses-owning strategy, performance, and execution end-to-end-while driving profitable growth through new and existing marketplace partnerships. There will be close collaboration with internal stakeholders, external marketplace partners, and third-party agencies.  This role will be instrumental in expanding distribution, optimizing assortment and pricing, accelerating product velocity, and building repeatable operating models for brand-led marketplaces. This is a hybrid role; we work on site 4 days and remotely 1 day weekly.

  • Develop and execute marketplace strategy aligned to overall ecommerce and brand objectives.
  • Lead TikTok Shop as a core growth engine, defining the operating model across storefront experience, merchandising, content, promotions, and creator/affiliate commerce.
  • Identify, evaluate, and scale emerging brand-led marketplaces and social commerce platforms.
  • Own relationships with marketplace partners, including regular business reviews and performance discussions.
  • Help define assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and brand presence.

  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and marketplace partners to ensure priorities, timelines, and deliverables are aligned.
  • Analyze marketplace reporting and provide insights to drive product velocity, optimize listings, and improve performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Ecommerce Ops) to successfully launch and scale new marketplaces.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and infrastructure enhancements related to marketplace operations.
