Position Summary:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for defining, developing, leading, and executing the organization's overall marketing strategy and all marketing-related processes. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Growth Strategy
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans focused on sustainable business growth and market expansion.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing strategies with company objectives and long-term growth goals.

Marketing Leadership & Campaign Management
  • Design and execute modern, creative, and elegant marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.

  • Ensure all marketing materials maintain a high-quality, professional, and sophisticated brand image.
  • Manage social media strategies, digital marketing efforts, and community engagement initiatives.

  • Proven experience marketing professional services, including accounting, tax, financial advisory, consulting, legal, or similar B2B service organizations required.
  • Strong understanding of the relationship between marketing, business development, and sales within a professional services environment required.
  • Experience developing and executing marketing and business development strategies for international markets required.
  • Demonstrated success supporting sales initiatives, lead generation, client acquisition, business development, and revenue growth required.
  • Demonstrated success working closely with sales teams to generate qualified leads and achieve revenue growth targets required.
  • Proven experience leading teams and driving measurable business growth required.
