Jumpstart your career in marketing through our Marketing Rotational Analyst Program. Designed for earlycareer professionals, this program offers handson experience to help you grow, explore, and make an impact. You'll contribute to real initiatives, sharpen your marketing toolkit, and learn how modern marketing drives growth within an innovative, technologydriven financial services organization. Start June 29 and grow alongside a cohort, mentors, and leaders who will challenge you to level up quickly.

The Marketing Rotational Analyst is part of Axos Bank's Early Careers program and is designed for individuals eager to build a strong foundation for a longterm career in marketing. Over the course of an 18-27 month rotational program, participants will complete three sixmonth rotations across Marketing Operations, Marketing Strategy, and Digital Marketing. After completing three rotations, the analyst has the option of doing a fourth rotation. This handson program provides exposure to how marketing functions collaboratively drive business growth in a regulated financial services environment. In addition to rotationspecific responsibilities, analysts will participate in monthly lunch & learns, cohort events with other entrylevel employees, and structured jobrelated training. This role offers meaningful project experience, professional development, and mentorship, setting participants up for success in a future non-rotational marketing role at Axos Bank.

Responsibilities
  • Rotate through three core marketing functions, gaining handson experience and progressively increasing responsibility in each area.
  • Core Rotations: Marketing Operations, Marketing Strategy, and Digital Marketing.
  • Support daytoday marketing initiatives, projects, and analyses aligned with the goals of each rotation team.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with marketing partners, creative teams, analytics, compliance, and business. stakeholders
  • Assist with campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting, depending on rotation focus.
  • Learn and apply marketing tools, platforms, and processes while adhering to quality, accuracy, and compliance standards.
  • Develop professional skills such as effective communication, time management, problemsolving, and datadriven decision making.
  • Contribute ideas, process improvements, and documentation that support team efficiency and program improvement.
  • Build a strong understanding of Axos Bank's products, customers, and overall marketing strategy.
  • Demonstrate ownership, curiosity, and a growth mindset throughout the program.
  • Participate in structured learning experiences, including monthly lunch & learns, formal training assignments, and peer cohort events.
